As a seasoned traveller, I decided to take 6 gramms. Before that I only had Golden Teachers (up to 7 gramms, so I had an idea of what a ‘bad’ trip may feel like). It was supposed to be my first trip outside in nature.
I’ve chosen 3 spots in advance: on the island (2 hours walk from home in one direction) all on one river bank in the bushes with your feet almost touching the water, and made sure even dogs don’t go there.
It was the last warm night of the year, early November. +13, cloudy but no rain promised. The day went in proper preparation: no cigarettes, empty stomack. I took some food, a lot of water and my slleping bag. Never before the wet leaves on the ground had such a strong smell of tea, cigars and beef jerky spiced up with thousand more sub-aromas. After choosing the 3rd location, I took the dose (worst taste ever mixed with a hope it was worth it) and began to wait.
I will not go describing the tides in details, but each one was greater than the preceding in all ways. The most interesting thing about these mushrooms is that you practically standing next to yourself going insane and watching the whole thing from outside completely sober, but unable to entervene.
Here I should mention that by the time of the trip I was severely depressed, which I believe goes easier on an artist, but still immobilised quite often.
So, after getting inside what seamed to be the plato, I realised: why have I chosen a perfect spot to come and die here? Is this what I’m doing now? No people will find me here. The only road is 50 meters up the hill through the bushes. The rain began to pour.
Yes, apparently I did come here to die unnoticed. It’s all just too perfect. Then I lost contact with reality for about 2 hours completely: the wide river infront of me, the trees, the natire itself had disapered, while still being there. I thought about drowning in the tide – how long will it take for water to consume my feet? The rain went on.
I started eating whatever I had, knowing it should help. And it did. Lying on the ground in the wet sleeping bag, eating like a pig, but secretely happy to sustain this one last thread to reality. At last I had a chocolate bar; the sweet familiarity filled the mouth.
Then suddenly I heard a loud voice coming deeply from within: RISE UP AND GO, YOU DIDN’T COME HERE TO DIE.
The sober guy watching the whole thing instantely reconed everything that went into preparation for the trip: always remember the reason for your decision to do it, as well as the fact that it will last for not more than 8 hours max, regardless of madness.
I tried to get up but couldn’t move at all, except for burying my head inside the sleeping bag to cover from rain and despair… It took me about an hour to get up from half lying on my elbow to fully standing position. I felt responsible for my life again.
After taking some time in consideration of leaving everything I brought behind (my backpack with smartphone, voice recorder, a lot of stuff with a book I found on my way there). For the time I could only think of saving what’s left of my self and go home. Then I grabbed what I could find in the darkness and went through a few meters of scarce bushes. It took me another 40 minutes during which I recorded myself on video just to make sure I still exist.
But when I made it to the road home… Never before in my life I felt so much alive. Well, maybe once when I got my first motorcycle.
Anyway, I danced home, wondering how nice the life could be.

Okay… I’m not “experienced” per se… but on weekends I’ll do ~2g dosages. I would TREAD LIGHTLY with this strain. Of all the years I’ve been doing zoomies, this is the absolute highest I’ve ever been. 2g was great, visual and I was giddy, BUT I usually take my dose on an empty stomach. This time I had eaten first, so I got cocky/impatient and had another gram, which was my demise. I experienced ego death, I lost touch with reality, and it felt like I was in a dream of which it was repeating itself. (Potentially a loop) …. At points I was very paranoid but looking back on it today it was a super wild ride. I’ve never done acid but I think it’s fair to say that this strain gave me an experience closest to an acid trip as Ill ever come.
