Okay, this is a weird review, because part of it is unrelated to the eighth sample I received. I simply have no idea where else to express my gratitude towards how you guys operate.
Firstly, the sample I received was AA Ice Cream Cake. To me, it was okay.. HOWEVER, I shared with a less avid user, who enjoyed it thoroughly, and had no complaints at all. I can’t really complain either considering it’s a free sample regardless.
Secondly, when my order was placed, one of the items I ordered was, unbeknownst to me, shorted from the order. I was slightly upset at the lack of notification/refund, until I realized you guys compensate by throwing in other products of greater or equal value, which I just wanted to say I think that’s really cool of you guys given the refund circumstances
