Honestly, I did not feel anything from this product. The taste isn’t good either. I’d recommend looking at some other options.

I enjoyed this product. It provided a subtle buzz, but the gummies themselves were difficult to remove from the package and they tasted a bit more like Sun Rype Fruit to Go Bar than it did a gummy but still tasted pretty good overall.
